Clean room, pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent location. Excellent value.

Only glitch was minor dispute about bill. Booking made through Booked.net was cheaper than what they reckoned we owed them. They were happy however in the end to settle as the bill quoted when we booked since I had the printed out booking form as proof.

I liked the closeness to the city centre, the cosiness of the upstairs lounge, and the reasonable prices of the drinks there. I liked the variety and quantity of the breakfast dishes. The young man who was on in the evening of our visit was friendly and helpful. The room was attractive, cosy, and it was great having a bath in the bathroom as well as a shower.

The quantity and selection of the breakfast was great, but it could have been a it hotter. The young woman who received us when we first arrived was not at all welcoming, and kept telling me how much the rooms were and to pay there and then. She said this several times. One of the reasons my daughter and I booked this Hotel was the comments about friendliness of the staff and the breakfast. After our welcome I said to my Daughter, " Well, our breakfast better be good".
