Sconsiglio vivamente, hanno lavato il bagno una volta in 5 giorni (perchè l'abbiamo richiesto), igienicamente è peggio di una camerata di 10 persone di un ostello post sovietico. con pochi pound si può avere molto molto meglio e in una zona piu'centrale

It is beautiful Guest House. It has two stars. But it is even better than some three star guest house. The room is supper clean. The staff is very friendly. The price is very excellent against its facility. If you are a budget traveller and try to stay in a comfortalbe place, this is definitely your first option in Edinburgh

Our room was very small, no fridge. We had one small piece of soap between us for three nights. In the web pages free parking was announced. This turned out to be with certain modifications - it was only during the weekend this was the case. We ended up with a £60,- parking fine. We were in the belief that parking outside the hotel was reserved for hotel guests. We paid the fine immediately however and had it reduced by half. A bit impersonal - saw only one person who served breakfast.

Value:

Massive family room with plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. Only improvement would be to put a toilet in the room and make it full ensuite (there is a shower) as there is plenty of room. Good welcome, friendly staff and as much as you could want to eat for breakfast. Recommended
