Have I got the right Hotel

I stayed at the Rennie MacIntosh Park Hotel, Renfrew St and not the Rennie MacIntosh Hotel in Union Street. I read the reviews on this site just before going and nearly cancelled. Fortunately I did not as I found the Hotel to be perfectly clean, comfortable, quiet, good breakfast with excellent service. It is not modern but good value for money. I can only think that the more adverse reviews had been incorrectly posted as there are no buses, taxis or noisy traffic outside the Hotel and it is not near either Central station nor the Alexander Thomson Hotel . If so this is unfortunate as the Rennie MacIntosh Park Hotel nearly lost me as a customer

Worst hotel EVER. The staff was so rude... and the rooms are so dirty! The bathroom is horrible... i can't believe! They should close this hellhole!

we had originally booked to stay at the Alexander Thomson hotel a few streets away, but on arrival we were told that there were some problems with the room,so we had been transferred to the Rennie Mackintosh instead. It was only a short walk,so we didnt mind, but on arrival we were at first given a room that hadnt been cleaned from the previous guests. we were shifted straight away, but even this room left a lot to be desired!it was dusty, the wallpaper was peeling, and there was a massive bulge in the ceiling, which looked like it may come in at any minute. the location was great and the reception staff were nice, but all in all it was very disappointing.
