My husband and I have just got back from our holiday in Palermo. We stayed at the Jolly Hotel and can not praise it enough. We had a room on the fourth floor with a balcony overlooking the water. The hotel was very clean and the staff were so helpful. Everyday the sheets were changed and nothing was too much trouble. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The hotel was only a 15 minute walk from the station (taxis were too expensive). We would recommend this hotel to anybody and will certainly be going back.

This hotel has a large mdern lobby. But the room are small and updated. I booked a superior suite with a sea view and a standard room and the rooms were exactly the same, just on different floors. The hotel staff was extremely rude and not at all helpful A family member was hosptialized during our stay at this hotel and the staff was not at all accomodating to our questions or room rearrangements to extend our stay for family members. The resturant is VERY expensive. The hotel is in a good location and has a taxi stand and the pool is clean but closed after 6 pm. and before 10 am. Palermo is a big city find a different hotel.
