2.4I'm a bit of an expert on this hotel, haiving stayed there about ten times or more. I used to love it - and indeed, what's not to like: Great location, fantastic views, nice rooms etc. But recently, the hotel has obviously decided to cut staff costs drastically, and as a result guests are now faced by people with serious language and/or attitude problems, slackness, unfriendliness and a general no can do attitude.
