Just don't stay there and complaint made to staff in morning - awaiting a reply after a further email.

Good location and nice park across road. Very friendly hotel staff and easy check in/out service.

The room door locks sometimes seemed hard to operate, appeared to be short staffed at breakfast.

We had a good view of the Park from our room window and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was nice, there was a wide choice of things to eat.

Good location a little outside of the main city, comfortable hotel and the staff responded well to our enquiries. The room was very big and the breakfast was lovely.
