We stayed in the hotel for a few days in September. It was in line with fellow traveller descriptions on Tripadvisor. The hotel is well managed and maintained; but rather soulless. It is clean and the rooms are spacious. Very American. Don't expect any cosyness...the one and only hotel restaurant is run by TGI Friday's. It is well located, though. You can walk into the old town and to all major sights. Next to the hotel is a kind of small shopping centre where you can buy basic necessities. Given the choice of hotels in Gdansk, I would nonetheless rate this as one of the best in terms of price, service, and location.
