I spent a night in Studio Hotel and I say for sure that it is the best in Veliko Tarnovo. It is in a quiet part of the city just near the entrance of the castle. New hotel in the center of the old city, modern decoration, clean and very comfortable. No elevator but you can ask for a room at the first floor althouth you loose the view. Helpfull staff. No parking but I left my car just in front of the hotel.
