The highly talented chef, Mathew, was once the former Executive Chef to Albert Roux, and also the Premier Sous Chef at the Dorchester, London. He has made dishes for Her Majesty The Queen and Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Mathew using only the very best in local Scottish produce to create his innovative dishes. All ingredients are bought daily and dishes are prepared fresh to order. The Creme Brulee is strongly recommended!
