Directions from A8 Glasgow and Edinburgh Airport
Follow signs to Edinburgh city centre along the A8, through Corstorphine, Murrayfield and Haymarket. At the West End of Princes Street, turn right into Lothian Road and follow the signs to the A702 through 5 sets of traffic lights. At Tollcross (clocktower in the middle of the junction) veer right into Home Street. Take the first left after the BP garage into Whitehouse Loan and the hotel is on the left hand side between the 2 parks.
From the East End of Princes Street from the A1 and A7 - If travelling from the A1 or A7 follow the signs to Edinburgh City centre. At the East End of Princes Street, continue along Princes Street until you reach the West End. Turn left into Lothian Road and follow the directions as above from Lothian Road.
From the M74/A74 and A702 - If travelling from the South up via Carlisle, along the M74 and A74 take the turn off for Edinburgh along the A702. This road is approx 40 miles and will bring you in at the south side of Edinburgh. Follow the signs to the city centre along the A702 into Comiston Road, then straight ahead into Morningside Road. Continue along Morningside road until you round the corner in Bruntsfield Place. Continue straight along Bruntsfield Place and you will see a park on your right hand side. Take the first road on the right after the park but before the petrol station, into Whitehouse Loan and the Links hotel is situated 200 yards along on your left hand side between the 2 parks

From Princes Street take bus number LRT 11,15,16 and 17 to Morningside and alight at Bruntsfield. Cost approx 0.80pence one way.

From Airport take bus number 100 to the city centre of Edinburgh and alight at Waverely Bridge. Cost approx 3.50 GBP single and 5.50 GBP return.
