Overall an excellent hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Nice and cosy room, high ceiling, clean sheets. Hot breakfast items.

No shops very near, then they only charged the 3 person rate and also someone has used the toilet.

The location is great, the fabulous John Lewis Department Store is a must there is a wet day and light and airy more like the quality one would expect in a much larger Hotel. Like a home away from home, the staff is excellent and very well run owner/manager very helpfull. The rooms are big, decent bar by the front desk and as far as continental breakfasts go.

Location was excellent and i found the hotel really friendly. In addition the price was a bit high overhall good and the staff were lovely. Room was large enough, the meals were nice without being special.
