Good bus connections to city centre, the big park outside and like 's written on the sign outside the hotel: "luxury. Cooked breakfast would of been nicer instead of continetal. . Read review

He was very helpful during our stay offering directions, the staff were friendly unobtrusive and the room was fairly spacious up in the rafters. Breakfast was a fine affair on each of the 2 days.

Only used the hotel for one night for a theatre trip to Edinburgh - this was a good location and the reception manager was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, breakfast was better than anticipated.
