A quick bus ride from the city centre and david & Margaret made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Had a great view of the hills The house is about 30 minutes walk from the station we did twice each day so make sure you have flat shoes and good breakfast set us up for the day ahead. . Read review

Great location, breakfast is well located on a bus route to historic Edinburgh and free unrestricted parking very close to the hotel. The house is lovely and the staff is kind and friendly. Room is clean and comfortable, the owners are really nice & helpful. . Read review

The location was brilliant, hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were at the best standard of a guess house I've ever visited in Edinburgh. A single bed was ideal for our toddler as were just going to use her travel cot and breakfast was served at a reasonable time. Owners were very kind. . Read review

Good transportation by bus to the centre of Edinburgh and helpful during our stay. Friendly and home-like service, nice room. A superb breakfast and the hosts were wonderful.

The warm welcome on arrival and very nice old house. Excellent service throughout in a relaxed and friendly helpful owners. Large comfortable room and tasty breakfast.
