Well located and lots of interesting places nearby for all types - museums. Staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable and clean, the breakfasts were pretty good.

Location was excellent, the hostess was very helpful in suggesting things to see we walked around Edinburgh and staff were very friendly. Additionally room was very pleasant, owner had a great restaurant recommendation.

Excellent location for visiting the city centre and clean and very good value for money. Additionally friendly and helpful staff, great host, our room had comfortable beds. The breakfasts were lovely too.
