It was conveniently located-very close to Holyroood House,parliment,royal mile and more-,rooms were spacious and very clean. Food was not included but it had a full kitchen. It also had a private parking area which gives you a piece of mind. Free internet access at the lobby, which comes very handy if you need to search for a specific kind of restaurant or a hotel for your next destination etc.. Read review

Bene's chip shop just around corner make life easy, the hotels location was good - is literally off the Royal Mile and the staff are amazing. Rooms are very clean.

Very convenient location and great value. Light style, excellent staff and finally I was able to get a good nights sleep as the bed clothes were not tucked in too tight. The kitchen was well equipt.
