Local transport passes the Allison every 2 minutes, and Edinburgh Airport is 10 miles from the Allison.

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, the owners were friendly, a nice touch was the free glass of whisky provided in my room. The breakfast was great.

A charming hotel, friendly staff and helpful host. Additionally nice rooms some and a reading lamp near the bed. Fantastic breakfast, good choices and all facilities clean.
