94DR is a beautiful town house in Edinburgh's Southside, close to Holyrood Park and about 20 minutes' walk from the Royal Mile.
Modern rooms at 94DR have a plasma TV, DVD player and luxurious bathroom with underfloor heating, power shower and White Company toiletries. Some have a roll-top bath.
Front-facing rooms have panoramic views over Salisbury Crags and Arthur’s Seat. Others overlook the private walled garden.
94DR has 3 private parking spaces on site and reservation is necessary, if you require one of these parking spaces. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. There is plenty of free off-street parking in the roads surrounding the house.

94 Dalkeith Road is a splendid Victorian town house and part of the Blackett Conservation Area, which includes a number of beautifully preserved historic buildings.
The guest house is located in Edinburgh's vibrant Southside, just 15 to 20 minutes’ walk from the Royal Mile and Edinburgh's medieval Old Town. The shops of Princes Street are less than 1.5 miles (2.5 km) away. Edinburgh’s beautiful Georgian New Town, as well as all of the city’s attractions, art galleries and many wonderful restaurants and bars are within easy reach. There are several local bus services which run regularly between the city centre and the bus stop just outside 94DR.
All of the individually styled rooms blend modern style with beautiful original Victorian features. Each room has its own unique charm with shades of grey and white contrasting with vibrant splashes of brighter colours.
The luxurious beds feature crisp white bed linen and soft, fluffy down duvets and pillows.
The front-facing rooms have panoramic views over the Salisbury Crags and Arthur’s Seat, while those to the rear enjoy a peaceful outlook over the guest house’s private walled garden.
A full gourmet breakfast is served each day. The trained chef creates a breakfast menu that changes each day, with daily specials such as Eggs Benedict and amazing homemade vegetarian pancakes with feta cheese and fresh thyme. You can start with freshly baked granola, served with a daily-changing homemade compote, such as fresh plum and ginger, natural yoghurt and honey.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
