Perfect location for the festival, princess Street was a short stroll of about 10 minutes and considering its close proximity to the royal Mile was very quiet. Furthermore the hotel siute was exceptional, the restaurant "The Glass House" was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and kitchenette was very useful. The breakfast was delicious, considering was a random choice could not have been better.
We found mattresses too soft, the disappointment was we went to checkout we were told that we had not actually paid for the holiday and the facilities were good.
Great views from the rooms facing the gardens and a very modern hotel very conveniently situated. The service I received from the Fraser staff online was superb and unfortunately the bed was nice.
