The front door is on the upper ground floor, up 16 steps (average rise of 19 cm; minimum tread of 28 cm), with strong handrails at both sides. The front door has a raised sill of 16 cm.

From 1 November 2009, the twin en suite room will be relocated down to the upper ground floor. All other bedrooms are on the first floor. There are another 16 steps (rise 20 cm; tread 26 cm) to the first floor. There are handrails on all stairways. The hotel does not have a lift.

Heavy Luggage:
The hotel does not have a facility for carrying luggage. The hotel is happy to care for heavy luggage downstairs and suggests an overnight bag for short stays.
