If your looking for a place to stay in chelmsford i would avoid this place , staff are arrogant and rude , and the rooms are filthy so dirty i had to move rooms 3 times the only postive point this hotel has is its location which is virtually in the centre of chelmsford OVER PRICED , RUDE STAFF ....... JUST STAY AT THE TRAVEL INN AT 64.00 POUNDS PER NIGHT !!!! A LOT CHEAPER AND AND THEY ACTUALLY DELIVER WHAT THEY SAY ON THE TIN !

Very good service and remarkable friendly staff. Clean and good size room (stayed in an executive). I didn't feel like staying in a hotel but staying with good friends. Very pleased!!!
