Booked by work in here at the last minute. It's on an industrial estate with nothing close by. When I checked at 7.30 pm I was not informed the air con was not working. I had to leave immediately on business but put on the air con and I returned at 9.00 pm. The room temp was 31.5 degrees, windows do not open. I called reception several times with no answer. I finally went downstaird to find one member of staff very harrassed trying to deal with everything. I was told air con would not be fixed until the next day. I was not impressed. I should have been told this fact when I checked in. Breakfast/bar is like a canteen not the type of place to relax and have a drink. Vending machines for drinks and snacks. The rooms themselves were fine if a bit hot!!! I would never recommend this hotel due to the poor customer service, location and ambiance.
