I am writing this now at 3.05am while my husband is finding other hotel to stay! He arrived at the hotel just now (2am) and no one was at the front desk. He tried to knock and call the hotel for more than half an hour. He booked the hotel via Hotel.com and it stated that "24 hours front desk", are we missing something here?

This was the only not too expensive hotel accomodation I could find at short notice. Like others I was concerned about the reviews I had read but I couldnt have been more suprised.
Helpful staff allowed us to check in early and the room was clean. Comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep.
Breakfast was good value - and the bar reasonably priced - okay they did stop serving at 11pm but there are plenty of notices telling you that.
