NH Krystal Cancun - Cancun, Mexico 

We stayed in the Krystal club with an awesome ocean view room. The staff in the club is outstanding Patricia Mendoza goes out of her way to make sure we had a great vacation, we celebrated our anniversary ,and it could not have been better. The club has a very nice breakfast and afternoon wine and snacks included. they also have computers available for your use. The room was clean ,comfortable and spacious, again with an awesome view. Pool area is beautiful, swim up bar is is closed now I hope they open it in the future ,they are doing construction right now but you cannot see it and it did not interfer with our enjoyment. We ate at the pool area and the service was good and the food and drinks were good. We also ate at thier El Mortero restraunt music was great and food was very good a little expensive .The location of the hotel is fantastic close to night life , shoping, restraunts,and bus service. Taxis in cancun are very expensive we found that out our first night $50.00 . We loved the hotel , we loved the concierge club staff, and we plan on spending next years anniversary there again. The only complaint we have is there is no entertainment in the hotel the bar has pool tables instead of music.
