This was my 1st visit to blackpool and only found this hotel as i typed in google 'blackpool hotel' and this one popped up 1st. from looking through the site and photos i was very impressed. prices where great too. so we booked online to stay for two nights at the norwood. when we arrived we were greated by lorraine. very friendly and showed us up to our room. which was lovely and clean. later that night we meat geoff. (what a funny guy) the couple were so friendly and sat down in the reception area (which has the most comfortable red sofas ever.i wanted to take them home with me) they were very chatty and gave very good advise on places to visit, eat and best places to go for a few drinks. geoff always had something funny to say. especially at breakfast time he would make everyone laugh as he would bring food out and anounce a chicken tika ect instead of a full english. haha. the breakfast was gorgeous aswel !! overall this hotel was great and im hoping to go back when the blackpool illuminations are on and i will definatley be staying in this hotel. 110% recomended! you wont b disapointed. WONDERFULL !!!!
