Simon and Rhona clearly work very hard to maintain the high standards which other reviewers have testified to. The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are great and the hospitality afforded by both hosts makes this the ideal place to stay. Be prepared for a little trip to visit the Blackpool sights but trams are frequent and within 10 minutes you are there. If you want a bland place no more a stone's throw from the centre this is not for you. If you want comfort and value for money then I highly recommend this establishment.

We vist Blackpool twice a year as our daughter dances at the Winter Gardens and have now stayed at the New Guilderoy for the last 2 years. Simon and Rhona are lovely hosts and always make us feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble. . Best breakfast in Blackpool! Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Ideally situated only 20 minutes walk from the town centre. We will be booking again as soon as we know the date our daughter will be dancing in November.
