Pleasant surroundings, free bus to the NEC and the decor of the room was more that I expected for a 'Holiday Inn. Staff were polite and professional, the receptionist was also good and hot water were great. The selection of pillows was something nice, early flight so glad there was no included breakfast I would have missed and spa was the best the was excellent. . Read review
