Landhaus am Semmelberg details: Our familial-friendly managed Landhaus am Semmelberg is quietly located in Bad Wiessee, on the West bank of the picturesque lake Tegernsee in the Upper Bavaria foothills of the Alps, and only 15 minutes by walk to the city centre, to the gambling house or the golf course. An ideal starting point for walks, hikes and bicycle tours.

The house provides two breakfast rooms, a rustic restaurant called "Stueberl", sun terrace and lawn for sunbathing with garden furniture. Apart from our sauna with fitness area our guests may also make use of different parlor games, dart, kicker and various books and magazines.

Our 25 bed house offers 6 junior suites, 4 double and 5 single rooms.

Start an exciting day with our rich breakfast buffet. In the afternoon we serve coffee and cake, in the evening rustic snacks and more.

The hospitality at this Guest House was amazing. Matthias and Christine are just perfect hosts. Matthias is a wonderful source of information about the local area and if he does not know the answer to your question, he will be back in a few minutes with the answer. The place is immaculate, the rooms are spacious, many also have balconies . Breakfast is plentiful and of high quality . The Guest house is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Bad Wiessee and there are a couple of restaurants about 7-10 minutes away. Bas Wiessee is a very pleasant resort on the shores of Tegernsee plenty to visit ( recommend Spitzingsee and Bad Tolz) and you can be in Austria inside half an hour. Besides the lakeside beaches, there is plenty in the local area to fill a holiday no matter what the weather . Matthias and Christine , we will be back
