I have had the misfortune to stay here several times over the last 7 years. I wont be back. I still have a huge problem getting charged to park in the hotel car park. It was never busy before they started charging so why the need to charge for an out of town car park is disgusting. The hotel rooms are well passed their sell by date. Dark, dingy, noisy, cold and unatractive. The food in the restaurant is very poor for the price and service in the bar is awful. I am struggling to find something pleasant about this hotel, it is very poor and certainly no credit to the Hilton brand

My Fiancee and I recently stayed at the Hilton Treetops on a special offer break that we booked in the paper. We had upgraded to a Deluxe Plus room as no standard rooms were available which was disappointing however he room was extremely spacious with a computer and a large bathroom. we had to wait a short while to check in as it was a busy time when we arrived long with a wedding party. Dinner was included on the first night of the offer and the meal and service in the restaurant was excellent, one of the best meals we have ever had in a hotel and we have stayed in quite a few hotels over the past year. The service at the bar was good but did get busy later with the wedding party. we went to the leisure club in the morning and the pool was out of order on that day but it looked nice, the gym was really good and no too busy.
