I stayed at this hotel during a group trip with Explorica, an educational travel company I work for, and found it to be very charming! The hotel is definitely old, but has kept its charm and patina. Think plush velvet and brass. The location is great, being smack in the city right next to the train station, a mere ten-minute walk from the old city centre.

Stayed at this hotel on a recent group tour of France. The location is ideal and you can walk to everything. The hotel is very old and they have tried to update the building. It has a wonderful spiral staircase but the elevator doesn't stop on the exact floor level and you will need to take your luggage up a few steps. I found this hotel to be quite old and unique. The only drawback was that they where not the friendliest of people.
