J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel à titre professionnel pendant plusieurs semaines. L'hôtel est propre. Le service est impéccable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Les chambres sont relativement spacieuses mais il n'y a pas de vue. Certaines fenêtres n'ont même pas d'utilité puisqu'elles donnent sur un mûr. Mais le confort de la chambre fait que l'on n'y prête pas attention. Géographiquement, il se situe dans le quartier populaire de Matabiau, dans une des ailes de la gare. Aux alentours, beaucoup de clochards, de prostitution, de voleurs. Ceci est indépendant de l'hôtel qui est très bien fréquenté mais les alentours sont peu sûr. L'hôtel en lui-même est très bien (raison pour laquelle j'y suis resté si longtemps), je recommande mais les environs peu propices au tourisme. En repartant, on garde une très mauvaise image de la ville et de la sécurité.
