The gourmet restaurant was named after the favourite dogs of Friedrichs II. of Preußen which are carved into the stone at the restaurant's entrance. Our Maître de Cuisine and his team aim to give you everything you need to feel as comfortable as possible.
The cuisine is light and modern and prepared using only seasonal and fresh products from the local market. You will find zander, catfish and eel from Lake Storkower as well as wild mushrooms from the woods of Mark Brandenburg on our menus.
During the summer the castle's terrace and balcony give you the opportunity to dine outside in the fresh air. During the winter you can enjoy a candle-light dinner in front of our open fire.
