Le Florence - Saint-Quentin, France 

The so-called "deluxe rooms" I have been staying in for 2 weeks in a row may be hardly acceptable for a one-night stopover if nothing is available around but do avoid this hotel for all other purposes, business included : - WiFi Internet connection is a real issue since the signal is way too low in most rooms thus causing repeted and annoying disconnections. - The 3 different rooms I staid in were all very noisy with pipes and toilet flushing particularly disturbing as were the sound of people walking upstairs - The rooms are so tiny and it is quite impossible to open the windows to get some fresh air due to the proximity of both the parking lot and the open air restaurant. Moreover people in the building across can easily peep inside of your room in the meantime. Positively no privacy. - Only 2 small hand towels are provided daily. Don't even think of taking a shower twice a day. - Cleanliness could be improved as I have repetedly found hairs in the shower. Moreover don't expect sheets to be changed regularly ! - Although my hotel stay was paid and booked by my client I was asked with insistance to pay for my stay. When they eventually found the voucher at their messy front desk they offered me a refund on my credit card but never did this under false pretenses.
