Le Montaigne - Cannes, France     

This is a really nice friendly and clean hotel. The staff are a great asset, they are so helpful. My husband was poorly the whole stay and the staff were so nice and sympathetic - special thanks to Gregory and Christof. We would not hesitate to go back. The hotel is ideally situated and the patio is lovely to sit in to while away the time chatting with new friends, over a nice glass of rose.

Writing this review in my room at the Hotel Montaigne. Free wi-fi access now available in rooms, something that the bigger hotels don't even offer in public areas. I chose to stay in this hotel because of the wireless access which I thought was only in the lobby but am now suitably impressed by the hotel in general. The room is comfortable and large for a hotel in this category. Bathroom is tight but acceptable with toiletries and a bathtub. Good shower, nice fluffy towels. There is also a large work desk in the room. Breakfast is basic but good enough for me. But what I loved the most is the great service and friendly and helpful staff. I will be back again next year and no doubt will be staying here again. My colleagues are staying at the Sofitel for more than 4 times the price. One of them walked me back last night and said the room here was better than there. What else can I say?
