Tis is possibly the worst hotel we have stayed in. The hotel is located above a billiard hall, the rooma start on the second floor and there are no lifts. The entance and the stairs are dirty and littered. Our bedroom was not cleaned during our stay. A request for an extra pillow resulted in a folded quilt, without a pillow slip.. The buffet breakfast food was left uncovered. The table cloths were dirty. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is convenient for the City Centre with good public transport but that is all that can be said for it.

Unfortunately we stayed in this so called 3* hotel for four nights during the World Cup. We had booked a triple room and upon our arrival we found a double bed with bed linen that was covered in human hair (we think) and stank, a single mattress on its own lying in one corner of the room that had bed linen of the same odorous quality, and lying in the other corner a double mattress with no bed linen. The towels that had been left for us smelt like they hadn't been washed for weeks! After complaining several times we eventually got bed linen for the third mattress and towels that although not smelly, were threadbare and tatty. That wasn't the end of the nightmare though. Imagine being woken up on the second morning with a flea hopping across my cheek. Enough said! Needless to say we would have changed hotels however everywhere in Berlin was totally booked for the World Cup. And finally, just to rub salt into the wound, upon arriving home I found my credit card had been billed for the complimentary shuttle to the airport!! Beware, you have been warned!
