Dauphin - Puteaux, France 

This hotel is great value for Paris. It is a little bit out of the way but is only a 7 minute metro ride to get to the sights of Paris and the metro is so efficent that the money saved on getting a hotel out of town is well worth it. It is about a 5 minute walk from esplande la defense station. You want to head towards the BNP tower and then walk up the road and when it splits take the right road and keep walking and it will be on your left. If anyone would like more detailed directions I will try to help!! The staff are very helpful and there english is extremley good. As for the brekfast there was plenty of choice and lots of it. There was plenty of resturants around although many seemed to be shut when we were there perhaps because the french had gone on their holidays!! But central paris is easy to get to and the metro runs on late into the night so can easily eat there. When you come out of the hotel turn left and head that way for shops, supermarkets and a McDonalds!

Just back from a two night stay in this hotel. Hotel clean and tidy. Breakfast lovely. A little far out of Paris but easy get to. Line One of the metro which also has the louvre champs elesyee on this line. Staff friendly and helpful.
