The reception staff were so friendly and helpful - always smiling and polite which makes all the difference. Our room was large enough, clean, comfortable and even though we were sideways facing to the L'Arc, we just looked to the right and there it was. We probably werent supposed to but outside our bathroom window was a ladder leading to the roof so later that evening we went up for a look and had the most spectacular view of Paris. Oh yes, the bathroom was great - large with a bath and shower. It was really good all round and just opposite is a great cafe/restaurant for breakfast or lunch.. Read review

From the airport could not have been more convenient and the staff at this hotel is very courteous. Front desk is helpful, the rooms are in proper size even.

The location was great for us right by the Arc De’Triomphe, the hotel was comfortable and clean, friendly and the reception staff were all extremely friendly. The suite was spacious.

All the transport ways are just in few steps: Metro, trying to create a pleasant stay for the guests and the housekeeping staff is very good. Furthermore our room didn't have a flat screen TV.
