My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night in September. We stayed in Room 810. It wasn't until we got home that I noticed several red marks on my body. My doctor said it was from bed bug bites. I contacted the hotel management who refunded half of the room price.
However, we managed to bring some home with us! My poor son was covered with bites by the following week. I contacted Comfort Inn online and filed a complaint. We received a general letter saying that the individual hotel would contact us. They never did. Instead we were contacted by their insurance company.
This trip has cost us a fortune. Please check every room you stay in, it is a nightmare if you get bedbugs. We are still dealing with the effects: washing laundry, vacuuming, cleaning, extermination... I will never be the same again.

We trutly enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. The room was wonderful. Nicely decorated, clean, spacious and quiet. The location of the hotel was great. The shuttle was the best! He would drive you anywhere within 20 blocks and then come pick you up. The driver was friendly, be sure to tip him well. The "free breakfast" was good the area to eat in was very spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
