Royal Falcon Hotel - Dubai, United Arab Emirates 

the picture you see in their advert is old one naw very big biulding site next to it which will start working night because of hot wether so no sleep night time can you belive for 3 days me and my poor family staid there we could not find any disent resturant to eat we even tryed to ask the reception for help in that hot wether they gave me wrong address for resturant and me and my disable child got realy sike of being walking around to find some thing to eat and then because of heat we court taxi to cross the road he toke us around and ripd us up we asked them if they know any resturant which will deliver there they say no we phone and resturant in their yellow page and asked them for delivery they would not do it so we had to pay very expensive price for very rubish fishfingers and chips for 3 day we had to cope with their rubish fishfingers and chips which for 6 month i didnot want to eat chips or fish that made me even hate dubai so in my opinian donot even go near by this hotel if you donot want to die

I was asked unexpectedly to visit Dubai on business - at such short notice it was impossible to get a reasonable hotel. Where do I start? Well the building is right next door to the new Dubai metro system - with 24 hr building work it makes the noise level very high. The location makes it diffcult to get transport - and that's without the awful congestion around Deira. The hotel smells awful and the service on the front desk was at best indifferent. The room was clean although the shower did not have automatic hot water. (a switch on the wall outside) The towels were thin and grey and I had to ask 5 times for one!! I skipped breakfast after walking past the kitchen - I just would not eat anything. It just doesn't match up to western standard!! And to add insult - it has night club which was pumping out music until 2.00am. Thankfully I didn't need to spend much time there. I won't be staying again!! How Dubai Tourism can rate it as 3 star..at best one star and only because it had an ensuite bathroom.
