Grand Hotel De Turin Paris
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Location was Great! It was walking distance for exploring the center of Paris. (And for those interested in music, it was located in “guitar central” which was filled with music shops).
It was VERY close to Sacr?-C?ur and Moulin Rouge.
Very Clean rooms! Quiet. Room Service was wonderful. (They never even knocked or came while we were in the room).
It was very professional, and had a good atmosphere. We felt safe in the area. They also suggested a fantastic French restaurant to us and gave us a discount.
Internet use you only paid once $3 Euros for the entire use of your stay.
The internet was a bit slow, but decent. & the price for the use of it was beyond comparison with any other hotel we’ve been at in Europe. (The usual price in other places was $5 Euros for 20 minutes).
The only complaint we have was the phone connection. We weren’t able to use the phone even though we were apparently connected.
We enjoyed the stay & plan to come back.
The price we paid for the hotel was definitely worth it!

As with other reviews, the ones I read for this hotel contradicted each other. I found the good reviews to be on the mark. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, requests were filled (some reviews said just the opposite - they must have been on another planet). The hotel is moderately priced, the continental breakfast worth while, considering you can't eat easily breakfast in Paris until about 9a; their dining room was open at 7a. The hotel is 5 minutes from the Metro, at a stop no more than half an hour from anywhere you would want to go. There are lots of moderate restaurants and brasseries in the immediate area, and cozy little squares to hang out in if you just want to have a sandwich and soda from a boulangerie. The water in the shower was hot, the bed comfortable and the hotel quiet, and I don't know what else to add except if you like sex shops there are a ton just around the corner on the boul' clichy (I don't), but two bookstores, one great, one good, if you are are nerd like me.
