St. George's Park/La Vallette Resort - Saint Julian, Malta 

i took my daughter here when she was 5 for our 1st holiday abroad.the room was okay but we had problems with our water being cold.we were going out when some maintanence men arrived,they worked for 10 minutes and said the problem was sorted.i locked our room up and went out with my daughter.when we returned later in the day our door was open,i presumed that cleaners were in.no there was no sign of anyone but our case had been tipped all over and our money was missing.i complained and was told i was lying.we were scared to sleep that night so sat up and waited for a rep.next morning i was told nothing could be done! i argued that it must have been someone with a key as the door wasnt broke,but i got no help.i had no more money so i had to phone home and get a relative to send me money for a flight home.the staff were ignorant,and very anti-british also they have thieves working for them.i would go back to malta as the place was lovely but i would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they want there holiday ruined like ours!!!!

I booked this hotel without reading any reviews and was really upset at the reviews. Agrred, the evening meals are rubbish, breakfast was ok. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Pool area really well looked after. No problems with noise as we had a pool view. It is situated right in the centre of St Julians, ideal for bars and restaurants. Would I stay here again? I dont think so. Dont think I would go to Malta again.
