Got a great deal on this through Hotwire and it was nice to end my trip in such a plush place. Definitely a business person's hotel, with all the amenities. Only drawback is that it's a bit off the beaten path and not convenient to the airport or train station, but it is close to a subway stop that easily connects you to the airport express train.

My apprehension began during the ride to the hotel, i thought the driver had brought me to a B&B in the suburbs. i expected a livelier area with at least a decent restaurant nearby (there is one in front of the hotel but i've yet to see it open for business during my stay), it was deserted and quiet, too quiet! Upon checking in at the lobby, it looked plush and comfortable, i thought..hey maybe its not that bad? stayed in an upgraded suite, amenities were decent, but the water in the bath takes ages to drain.. expect to have soapy feet! Air cond is cold even though its switched off. amenities are replaced at the whim and fancy of the housekeeping staff, sometimes you get new soap and shampoo, sometimes you don't. ask for extra floor towels as water will seep put of the glass panel of the bath.. you'll end up with a child pool in your suite. breakfast was decent, a little expensive at Euro29.90, but you do not have much choices, seeing that there is only a McDonalds 7 mins away. burn in McDs during summer coz there's no air conditioning here. Do your sightseeing homework before you stay here, because the concierge is as helpful as your cat guarding your house while you are away! They are reluctant, mostly absent when you need them and outdated in their information. Do not expect the hotel to arrange tours for you, provide information booklets and etc for you. In a city where the roads are many and confusing, you could at least get some help from your hotel concierge? i wouldn't even consider this hotel again if it was the cheapest hotel in Milan!
