My wife and I just returned from Italy (Rome for 4 nights & Positano for 4 nights). Stayed here and had a truly wonderful time. The hotel is set high up on the cliffs and offers a great view of the entire area -- which was especially nice since we had 2 terraces in our room. Room was large -- a front room with closet, table, tv and minibar and back room with bed, closet, desk & also the bathroom. One reviewer noted the odd furnishings -- true, it looks like hotel management found a warehouse with discarded 1970s formica and furnished their hotel with it, but we weren't too worried about the scenery inside the hotel. The pool was beautiful and the hotel staff was extraordinarily welcoming and helpful. Mario at the front desk was particularly gracious and helpful with restaurant suggestions and reservations for various tours of Capri, etc.
