Maybe it is beautiful surrounding, maybe the food is nice, but the service is nasty and cheeky!! roomservice enters without knocking first- UNBELIEVABLE!! animation...so and so, could be better. i advise u to go some place else.

Ants in our bed and luggage

Our two night say in this hotel was a big disappointment. We woke up after our first night to discover the room was infested with ants. This was not a few ants on the floor - the ants were all over our bed and had crawled into our luggage. Management's response was to send a maid with a can of raid, who sprayed the floor and walked out leaving the dead ants in a pool of insecticide. After we complained again, we were moved to another room, but an air conditioner leak there left the carpet sopping wet near the door. If we hadn't had these problems, the hotel would have been fine. It is not a luxury establishment and does not have the nicest beach or the best food. Assuming our problems were not representative, it would be a good place for a family with young children that does not want to pay for someplace more luxurious.
