Inn Side Hotel Kalvin House details: Kálvin House is located in the historical downtown of Budapest, just a few steps from the Danube, Freedoms Bridge and the Great Central Market Hall. You also can reach within minutes the pedestrian street "Váci utca", the National Museum and the Kalvin Square metro stop.

The house was built in the 19th century with all its atmosphere. Kálvin Ház Pension offers on 4 floors, 38 extraordinary large, individually, with turn of the century furniture arranged rooms, all fitted with completely restored , modern private bathrooms, telephone and satellite TV set, all these for very moderate prices.

A well trained English/Germand speaking staff is at our guests disposal during their entire stay.We arrange theatre tickets, taxi call, rent-a-car, airport transfer, restaurant booking and a lot more. We offer photo copy and fax service, also laundry service is available.

I was in Budapest for work and booked this hotel for myself and a colleague because it was near the office we needed to go to for our meetings and it was a good price. However, I was delighted with our choice. My room was enormous and absolutely beautiful. My colleague's was not quite so amazing but was still good. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were polite and helpful. Location also good, and not just for boring office meetings - there are plenty of good bars and restaurants in the area. Strongly recommend this hotel.

My wife, daughter and myself stayed at the Kalvin House during a city break in Aug 06 and found it to be excellent value for money. The hotel is very centrally situated and within walking distance of most of the main attraction. The hotel is very impressive once you are inside and our room was very big with lots of old fashion furniture. The staff were very friendly and informative when asked. Budapest is a beautiful city, probably my favourite city in Europe. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Warning it gets very hot in the summer but when it rains its like a monsoon. The coffee house are a must.
