5 minute inexpensive taxi ride from the main Nord railway station, right on the edge of the city.
Clean room, with (useful) air conditioning unit.
Lack of hot water in the shower the only bad point.
Adjoining restaurant was also OK.
Probably OK for a short stay, like my own.
