j'ai séjourné il y a peu dans cet hôtel dans lequel j'étais déjà venu auparavant... Le changement est manifeste : je ne sais pas s'il y a eu un changement de direction ou d'équipe mais les services sont bien plus médiocres qu'il y a quelques années. Ma réservation n'avait pas été enregistrée correctement. le réceptionniste, n'était, par ailleurs absolument pas compétent... Quant à la propreté de la chambre, certes (c'est le seul point positif), il n'y avait pas de problème... Néanmoins, je suis très déçu de l'accueil... et de mon séjour...

the hotel is not bad, with small rooms and close actually to the metro, but not close to etoual (20min walk). What was very bad is the fact that although we had booked a superieur double room, they gave us a standard room and when we complained the manager said that there was a mistake on the web site that we booked the hotel. Despite this fact when we checked out the cashier charged us with the price of the superieur!!! When we complained again she said that it is our problem, and we had to insist upon our arrival for the superieur room. She said that she couldn't do anything, since the manager was not present during our checkout! Nice way to cheat, e? plus for the mini bar there was no price list in the room. As a result they charged 3,8 EURO for 500ml plain water!!!!!!! Besides that the rooms where OK but not for spending more than 100euro per night!
