Despite the fact that the room was pretty small and the night receptionist was less than welcoming (he was asleep when we arrived and the doorbell woke him), the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and it was in a nice area of the city. Maybe a little expensive but I got the best nights sleep Ive had for a long time and ultimately I think thats the primary function of any hotel, be it a 2 star such as the Kyriad or a 5 star. I would stay there again. 3.8more on Venere

Staff were rather disorganised. The room wasnt ready when I arrived ca 4:30 p.m and there were considerable delays processing my credit card payment on an early morning departure 2.7more on Venere
