Best Western Hotel Victor Hugo - Paris, France     

I booked the room through Paris Website and I get a good price (€360 for four nights). We stayed there four nights (couple with a 9 year old daughter). The room was big enough for the stay, with lots of space to keep our luggage and a very good bathroom. I guess all the rooms are different, so I understand some rewieurs saying that their room was small. I guess also that they give the bigger rooms to triples. The hotel is a small hotel, very well situates in a calm but central area. The only problem in this area is the restaurants. There are not many and, specially in August, most of them are close. So it`s difficult to get a good restaurant for a good price, specially if you are a poor traveler like myself. But if money is not your problem you can get good meals in the Victor Hugo square (We had a dinner in a Bistro romain in the square that was very good for 75€ the three of us, and we were trying to save, but after all was a good meal). If you a poor traveler like myself try the spanish restaurant(very near, 5 minutes walking), or the chinese (very cheap but no good food). The other restaurantes near by, as I told before, were closed for hollidays. The biggest problem of the hotel is the breakfast because the room is too small for the clients and the food seems to vanish. Although these problemswe enjoyed very much our stay and would stay there again. It`s a three star above average (considering the room) for a price difficult to find in Paris.

Nous avons séjouner 1 semaine à cet hotel au mois de juillet et les lits étaient infestés de punaises! Apres avoir constater plusieurs piqures sur nos corps, nous avons vérifier les lits et nous nous sommes apercus qu'ils étaient infestés de punaises!! Notre séjour à cet hotel fut tres desagreable!
