This property was listed as a preferred hotel associated with a european tour company. The staff was wonderful, however the rooms which we had two were not 4 star even by european standards. The carpets needed cleaning and the entire place could use a great deal of upgrading including the furniture. The colors reminded me of the 1970's with its bright oranges and grey swirls on the walls. A few advantages to this hotel is that it is close to the metro and there is a drug and grocery store on site.

This was my first Novotel experience. Not bad at all. Its located on the Seine river bank not far from Tour Eiffel and 5 min from subway station on a line direct to Etoile. The room was small, Paris style, but well equiped and breakfast was nice. I have enjoyed it. When the TV was not functionning they have changed it in 10 minutes.
