Mercure Paris Suffren Tour Eiffel - Paris, France     

The Mercure Suffren is very conveniently situated, five minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, from the Seine (waterbuses), and from the nearest metro station. The public rooms are all light, airy, clean, well-kept and pleasant to sit in. The hot or cold buffet breakfast is very good indeed. Rooms are standard for this kind of modern, business-oriented hotel, but are clean and perfectly adequate. Staff are generally courteous and efficient, especially in the bar. The only faults we could find were firstly that it took nearly an hour to get to our rooms after checking in. The receptionist whom we first saw obviously finished shift and did not tell anyone else that we were waiting in the lounge. Secondly the three elevators kept breaking down -- one evening guests had to use the service lift. But overall a good base for tourists in Paris, especially if benefiting from a reduced rate weekend deal.

El hotel Mercure Suffren Tour Eiffel es un hotel que está muy bien, en relación con otros hoteles de París. El lugar donde está, excepcional, a escasos cinco minutos a pie de la Torre Eiffel. Dos líneas de metro en las proximidades, a unos minutos caminando y respecto a las habitaciones, buenas, sin ser excesivamente grandes, pero bien. El desayuno, muy bueno, tipo buffet, y el servicio del hotel, estupendo. En resumen, buen hotel, en un lugar ideal para visitar Paris.
